My mom and I were helped by Dylan and he was amazing! He helped my mom find the perfect frames and made the whole process so easy. I have been to this location 4 times. The first time was great and I really liked the optometrist who saw my son. When I returned to get the glasses adjusted, which I was told I could do easily without an appointment, I waited for 15 minutes for the one person who could adjust the glasses. I then asked approximately how much longer it would be and was told about 15 minutes more as the customer ahead of me had adjustments as well. The customer had about 7 pairs of glasses in front of him so that seemed unlikely. The third time I came, got the glasses adjusted and all was well. The last time I came for scheduled appointments for my daughter and myself only to be told that there was no optometrist on duty and that they didn’t know until earlier that day as the particular location doesn’t schedule the doctor, corporate does and the doctors optometrist changes. I scheduled these appointments weeks ago. They asked me to reschedule in the portal which would didn’t make sense to me honestly as this could easily occur again. I personally am not returning but I want others to know what occurred so that their eyes are open. I only returned because I liked the doctor but who knows if I’d ever get the same doctor again.

Angel assisted me today and she was so helpful. I was not sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted different frames from what I already had. She helped me select 3 different styles and colors. I am extremely happy with my purchase and Angel even picked out a pair to try that I would not have tried myself. I think the oxblood color she had me try are my favorite and I am so excited to get them.

Purchased some glasses from Warby Parker at Fairfax Corner today and had an excellent experience all around. Deena greeted me immediately upon entering the store and she and Angel were both very friendly and helpful in picking out frames. The prices are fairly reasonable and customer service is fantastic.

Stopped at the new Fairfax Corner location to pick out new glasses/sunglasses for my daughter. We were greeted and helped by Angel who took one look at my daughter and immediately picked out a few pairs of glasses for her to try on that complimented her coloring and face shape. Angel was a huge help and we left the store after ordering two pairs that my daughter loved.

Wonderful place to shop! So many fun and cute options plus a genuine and helpful staff. It's like walking into an Apple Store. Beautiful, clean, simple design. There are tons of glasses to choose from. The associates were helpful and friendly. The eye exam was quick and accurate (though about 15 minutes behind schedule). The checkout process was easy and the price was excellent. I had my 2 pair of reading/computer glasses delivered about a week later. It's hard to find a complaint when a process goes so easily.
