Warby Parker is my favorite place to go for glasses! I previously had gone to the downtown crown location and was helped by Alex. I was told Alex had moved over to the Bethesda store, so l came to visit this location as he has always been helpful in explaining different frames and styles that I might like based on my needs! He is also very knowledgeable on insurance and helps me choose the right option for me. Alex is always friendly, personable, and has great recommendations. Kimmy was also very friendly and gave some recommendations as well. I will continue to visit this location in the future!

Alex originally helped me at the Gaithersburg Crown location multiple times, so I was surprised to see him here! As always, very helpful answering my endless questions about frame sizes and about having regular prescription lenses popped in.

The people were great in the store. I wanted two pair of prescription glasses - one clear and one sunglass. The frames were limited on which could have sunglasses and clear so the ones I wanted for sunglass and clear had opposite options. I suggested that we swap the lenses with the frames when they arrived back at the store. They thought that was a brilliant idea. Let's hope it works!!
