Let me share an experience with you about the type of "BERATUNG" I received from this company.
On 10th of February someone called Karin Oman from this company advertised 4 apartments on Willhaben platform. I sent her a written message, called her mobile and politely asked for a visiting appointment in German. She said I'll write back to you shortly. Then this was her message:
"Hallo Herr Faryad Kashef, bezüglich einer Terminvereinbarung melden wir uns spätestens am Dienstag den 12.2. Beste Grüße, Karin Oman"
On 12.2 I got no answer from this person and I sent her a written message as a follow up. No answer again. The day after, I called her mobile and again, no answer. I left a voice message reminding her that our family is still waiting for the appointment assignment. One minute later I got this SMS from her:
"Die Wohnung ist schon vermietet! BG"
I know how silly, inhumane and horrible this sounds, but this is the reality that one hour later I'm still trying to digest.

So if you ever happened to google this company and read this, be aware that this would be the type of "BERATUNG" and support you should expect from this company or organisation. Avoid them or they will make you feel seriously sick just like what I feel currently.
