I do not recommend to work with them. They have meaningless high cost for their service. Initially we agreed some cost for their services, but later they send more than 2 times higher cost. They respond e-mails very late. I have cancelled cooperation with them in the middle of the process despite I had already paid initial amount for their package. The funniest part, they consider providing service in English as an advantage and they are not requiring additional fees for that.

I cannot but enthusiastically recommend Losemann and his colleagues for any trouble tax problems you might have. Let me be brief and clear in my review:

1) I had a problem with double taxation between Spain and Germany. After a year trying to solve my problem through my usual tax adviser I contacted the Spanish embassy. I was recommended Losemann Legal Tax (among others) so I contacted them.

2) Losemann took the case even though the amounts at stake were too low compared to his average case. Not only did he do that, but because my income is not that high, he capped his earnings to a certain amount with all remaining costs being pro bono.

3) We took the finanzamt to trial and won. I have now all the money I should have never paid.

On top of that, the communication with all members of the team was easy and extremely professional. They answered all emails immediately and explained all steps of the procedure in a simple way.

It is because of this that I am extremely grateful to Mr. Losemann and his colleagues and strongly recommend them.
