Signed up for Fidelity and Vanguard accounts on the same day last week. My Vanguard account is working great, however Fidelity's website will not allow me to verify my bank account. Fidelity's customer service rep was no help whatsoever - put me on hold for 20 minutes and wasted my time. We will be using Vanguard exclusively moving forward.

Have been a customer a long time. Branch reps (Sam H.) have been professional and well intentioned. Best advice is to read info available online for options, terms, and what is best for you.

Scam company, stay away from this company, you can not make withdrawals, what they tell you is that you deposit more money to be able to withdraw, which will not happen. There are also scammers on telegram offering this business, one of them is called Mike William, he offers you to enter under his referral link, and then he tells you that he helps you withdraw and that you should deposit more money, more of the same. Don't fall for this type of scam.

Be careful of this company. It claims that it will give you a good return for the btc you deposit into their fund but when it comes to withdrawals, they want to penalize you for any amount you take out.

There Consultants are not real consultants, they do not supply you with any helpful advice except for to invest, invest and invest. I just asked this consultant: How do I avoid getting penalized when I'm trying to withdraw? Her answer was *Invest Then*

Came to deposit Roth IRA check in person, got it back 2 days later, with no explanation . Came for the appointment in person waited 15 minutes adviser did not show up. ( unacceptable)

Provides perfect opportunity for earning. Although had few issues at first but with guide provided by Live Support, I was able to understand the workings of the platform.
As a trading company, I was made to understand that payments are made on successful trades. They have perfect trade setup to mitigate risk and was made to understand that the risk:reward ratio is always at 1:10.
I still reserve my fears but so far so good. Best for now!

Walked in to get some information. Was greeted and then told I can find everything online, rather than being helped in person. The lady seem to not understand that I was there to be advised not to be told to “read up online”

SCAM - After you invest and gain enough profit, they want you to transfer additional 20% of your total balance to be able to withdraw your $$. At the end, you will never see the $ again.
