Second issue I had purchasing a soft top from this company. I'm trying to get warranty information but for the second time I received no response from this company. Two purchases from here and two poor customer service experiences. I assume they try to let the warranty lapse so they ignore claims or emails. The only reason they responded last time was due to leaving a 1 star review. Won't change my review rating this time.

Been holding on to this review for months, but here it is.
Like many others, I worked with Dillan, over the course of 6 months. The communication was perfect, his recommendations were spot on.
My wife and I put it all to the test this past weekend going over several different passes in the San Isabel National Forest, water crossings, and deep sand.
The wheel, tire, leveling kit, and suspension combo worked perfectly. We took it from 45psi to 22psi, down to 17psi when we hit Great Sand Dunes.

Definitely bringing our Jeep back for future upgrades & repairs

I'm happy with the customer service, I had no issues. Parts were ordered and received quickly. Scheduled my appointment a week after they arrived, and it was done in 2 days.

I have a 99' Tacoma, I put an ARB bumper on with a Warn winch and an ARB 2 inch suspension lift. Went smoothly with no setbacks. Dillan at the front desk is easy to communicate with and very helpful. I'm happy with my purchases and the work that was done. I'll be going back for future work.
