I never review fast food places but I felt the need to for this location. We frequent this location probably 3-4 times a month because they offer salads along with other goodies. They are always so friendly, quick, and get our order correct EVERY SINGLE TIME. If I go across the street to BK I can expect to sit in their line for 30 minutes no matter if there’s 1 car or no car in front of me, and always have to double check the order… With this Jack and the box you are in and out and it’s right. Period. They should be very proud. I’m happy to spend my hard earned cash here. Keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We did drive through . It was at least 10 min to get order. Not the safest place to be waiting 10 min. I had cars behind me aggressively honking for me to move

The service was terrible the guy on the speaker didn’t greet me or anything nd wasn’t just professional.. but also when I ordered this new ice cube munchie meal they forgot to give me my 1 taco which wasn’t disappointing and it’s also a new menu you guys have and there already messing it up. You guys need to fix your service and always complete your order

Just order the $6 meal deal from the app and I redeem this 75cents hash browns and when I got home I didn’t get my hash brown in the bag. Like I said yall midnight shift people need to get it together

They really just don't care about doing orders and wrapping them right. Also they give you a very small portion of the item you order when you say large it's like a kids size. They're super rude at the drive through

I will refuse to eat here ever again, I almost had to go to the hospital after eating from this specific location. I have filed a complaint with contra costa county!
