Here’s the good, the bad, and the ugly. First the good…our salesperson Michael was very attentive. Also, the finance manager was a great guy, very sharp, and a pleasure to work with. Now the bad…the car was filthy, and also had scratches, so overall it needed a thorough full detailing/buff for the scratches (inside and out). Furthermore, the blind-spot blinker needed to be fixed, as it is safety hazzard. Rather than these guys keeping my car there after I purchased it and taking care of all the above before I drove it off the lot, I was pressured to take the car home(so that they could meet their month-end quota), and was told to bring it back in a few days, and they would provide a full detailing, and fix the blind-spot blinker. I did bring the car back(which was an inconvenience given the time involved, traffic, etc.), and they gave me a half-ass wash, no detailing, and actually used white-out on the scratches, which looked like crap! They also couldn’t fix the blind-spot blinker. I was then told to come back a SECOND time! It was then that I officially was not satisfied …so to keep the excitement of me purchasing a new car I decided to get it detailed myself and pay out-of-pocket! 5 weeks in and I still have not received a phone call to come and fix the blind-spot, but I’m certainly not taking my car back a THIRD time to these guys, I’m going elsewhere. You would think that after buying a very expensive car that I would receive amazing, personal customer service, but instead it was the opposite! And to add to the rest of the above I still have not received a full tutorial on how to operate my vehicle!! Never again will I purchase a vehicle from this dealership!

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Avoid This Dealership!**

I purchased a car from this dealership two months ago, paying $55,000 in cash without even being present at the dealership, and my experience has been a total nightmare. While the sales process was smooth initially, everything fell apart afterward.

I was promised that my title would be sent to me promptly, but here I am, two months later, still waiting. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, and my calls go unanswered; my emails are completely ignored. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel abandoned after such a significant purchase, especially when I paid in full.

I expected better service, particularly given the amount of money involved. Their lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying a car from them, I strongly advise you to think twice. It’s been an incredibly stressful experience, and I’m left wondering if I'll ever receive my title. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Update: January 14 - Upon returning home from the dealership, we noticed a small crack in the windshield. We immediately notified our sales associate. It is obvious this was missed by the dealership during the CPO inspection. The windshield should be replaced however, the dealership seem to be dragging their feet in addressing the situation.

Excellent customer service through every step of the process to purchase our car. Our sales associate Souharda was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

This has been one of the easiest times I have had buying a car. Was in and out in less than two hours just like they promised. I was speaking to Farshad over text and he was able to get me the exact car I was looking for. We agreed on numbers over text and when I came to sign papers everything was straight forward. This dealership holds ethical values. Farshad and his assistant were amazing in helping with everything I needed. Emran in finance was great. Everything was done fast and easy. Nobody in that dealership was being pushy and trying to upsell everything. They gave me exactly what I wanted.
