Unfortunately I had to cancel my original appointment (due to the Eaton Canyon fires); nevertheless, rescheduling an appointment was effortless as was the professionalism in which the team serviced my vehicle.

Always a pleasant experience to work with service department. I have been a customer of Simonson for many years and with a number of MB vehicles. My service advisor for a number of years is Mario Beltran. He is very professional, easy to schedule an appointment with, always answers all my questions and keeps me informed on progress of service. The work is done promptly and is complete and thorough.

This place is just horrible every time. You make an appointment, you show up early hoping car wont be held overnight, the guy makes you wait until the appointment minute to tell you the appointment is just to see him not for the work. He has to spend another 25 min to be able to move the car to the back physically to find out how backed up they are and how much time it will take. And the dmv forces you to do this recall which is only an issue with east coast floods.

Last time i came here, car was under warranty and i told them how the car rocks and rolls on turn over 40 mph, they said it is fine and immediately went on to ignore my emails and sms messages to the manager, to the customer service guy and the dealership. Very professional.

Mercedes has become a low low quality car with workmanship. Tesla lot next door all of a sudden is appealing.

I had an appointment with Moe for service. He made sure my appointment went smoothly and efficiently. He told me that my service wouldn’t take too long if I wanted to wait, I had told him I would be back to pick up the car. He later called me to let me know the status of vehicle, any additional things that may have needed to be done, and if it was something I wanted them to move forward with. I really appreciated that call because not to long before that I received a text as well with a video detailing what they did and what they recommended to be done, so I had a few questions for him. He explained everything to me and made me understand it, not just telling me which was helpful as I have no clue about cars much. He was very professional, patient, and welcoming through the whole experience, start to finish. I look forward to working with Moe again I really appreciate all the help.
